We had our Monthly Shoot this past Sunday, we were missing quite a few of our regular shooters. It was hotter than usual, we got through it well. Good job guys…
On a more serious note I want to emphasize how important it is for all members of the Spokane Rifle Club to attend the Special Meeting this next Monday, July 17th at 7:00pm. As usual it will be held at the Shotgun House. I hope all of you received the post card in the mail letting you know about the meeting. They did not mention the importance of everyone’s participation as we need a high percentage of members to allow any business to be taken. I will mention the fact we are working at getting the dues increased significantly as with everything today the cost of doing business is increasing. Nearly everything we have at the club is consumable, from new roofs and sand on our backstops to clay pigeon throwers and the gas in the lawn mowers. Please take the time next Monday to come down and be present to vote.
